Hot Parmesan-artichoke Dip


Hot Parmesan-artichoke Dip


Total time:  35 minutes
Makes 18 servings

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. tomatoes, chopped
1 green onion, sliced

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first 4 ingredients,
Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish or 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.  
Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions.  
Serve with Wheat Thins Original Snacks.
